14 Tips to Know for Weight Loss

9.    Use less salt in when you are cooking. A reasonable amount of sodium in the diet is 2 grams per day, equivalent to the same amount of sodium that fits in teaspoon.

10.    Drink plenty of water and fruit juices during the day and prefer the fresh and natural juices.

    Use the stairs to climb up and down instead of going by the elevator.

12.    Do not go to the sites by car as much as possible as it is healthier to walk or go on a bicycle.

13.    Park your vehicle a few blocks before the workplace and walk the rest of the way.

14.    If you use public transportation, get off a stop or two early and walk at a fast pace.
